Our site in West Thurrock boast one of the deepest jetty’s in the Greater London area, with the ability for the loading and discharge of bulk materials being transported via river or ocean going vessels. The unloading equipment available on jetty is as follows:
Mounted on a semitrailer the 15 000 S unit is port mobile or road mobile and suitable for ships up to about 15,000 dwt. The unit is designed for dust free offloading, using integral dust extraction systems.
Discharge capacities range from about 200t/h up to 550t/h (550t/h is valid for the 15 000 S unit when unloading cement). Among the commodities handled are Sodium Sulphate and Aluminium TriHydroxide.
The 48 tonne capacity crane, is capable of grab or hook transfers to and from sea going vessels for many applications and is currently the largest available crane of its type situated on the Thames. Dependent upon materials transferred, achievable capacities achieved can approach 500 tonnes per hour.
We also have bulk storage at a number of other locations across the UK, further details are available on request.
